Mathnasium Playing Cards

Numerical Fluency manipulative

At our Centre in many educational games we use Mathnasium playing cards. This is a custom deck of 52 cards with  all faces removed and replaced with numbers. Each suit includes 13 cards with numbers from 0 to 12. Traditional suits replaced with geometrical figures (circle, triangle, square and hexagon). Two or more decks can be used for a longer game, bigger group of students, or more challenging variations of a game.

Math can be hard and boring,
