Teachers have met my son where he is at. They are flexible in the sense that he has been able to direct his learning to his area of needs YET they continue to build his foundational skills. He is encouraged by the staff and sees his success in his high school courses where Math is integrated but not the focus.

Mathnasium in Killarney Calgary has been great for my daughter. She started attending sessions the summer before entering grade 10. The staff (Janet and Selena) have been great working with her and super supportive to families as we have been trying to add the tutoring sessions into an already very busy life schedule.
Highly recommend this for anyone looking to build their child's confidence in Math!

Mathnasium Killarney provides an engaging, inviting atmosphere where my son has quickly gained new confidence, is highly motivated to progress through his learning journey to earn points for rewards, and has participated in some of the fun draws and social events including Pi day. Killarney Mathnasium has excellent cleaning protocols and provides an environment where students can access a fantastic teacher-to-student ratio for support as needed, compared to the regular school classroom setting. Highly recommend Salina and her team for supporting your child’s math comprehension and skills development!

Hi! I am enjoying my experience with Mathnasium in Killarney. I wanted to give what is hopefully a good suggestion and not an inconvenience. I was thinking that a keypad door lock on the second inner door would make a lot of sense for security purposes. That way, kids/parents and teachers can have their own door codes on the inner door to enhance safety is a hopefully easy way. I'll mention it next time I'm there and I don't mind paying for the lock since I'm not looking to give you guys extra headaches to be honest. Just wanted to share - Andrew Chen

My son loves Mathnasium. He has gained confidence in Math and even says that math is easy this year. After struggling to get him to do homework or study for math tests this was the route we took and just like magic he turned his attitude around.
Salina, head of our Mathnasium location, truly cares about her students and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome and that they have a say in their learning. She truly takes the time to touch base with parents to see how the program is working for their child.
I would highly recommend the program for any age and ability. You can’t put a price on the love of Math.

Salina is amazing!! She is always accommodating, flexible and willing to assist with my family schedule. She is a great reason why we continue to come! Staff is high caliber and my daughter loves to come to Mathnasium. The one and only comment I put forward for consideration is the location. Westbrook mall is a transient area - not a location for a children’s program. Thank you.

Going to Mathnasium is such a peaceful, enjoyable place to finish homework and studies. Math is not easy and stressing therefore, in Mathnasium they help you surpass all those hesitations, worries and obstacles with many different fun ways. I deeply enjoy going to Mathnasium because it’s a very family friendly, clean, respectful place that is always welcoming. They teach you math in very different ways that make it 10x easier and enjoyable, if your having problems with a question their always looking out for you. I personally enjoy working in Mathnasium because it’s always quite and peaceful.
