Centre Director
Mayurah is an experienced educator who has a passion for designing and shaping today's curriculum and education methods. Mayurah joined the Mathnasium team in 2019 and has held the positions of Lead Instructor, Moderator, and now Centre Director in her time with us! During her free time, Mayurah conducts STEM workshops that introduce Computer Science and Technology to kids and young adults. Mayurah believes that the Mathnasium method is a great way to bring creativity and fun in learning. Mayurah strives to inspire students to be CRAZY about Math.

Dave

Instructor
I have completed Specialist programs in both biology and physics at the University of Toronto. I love to use this knowledge to help students with their math and science education. I especially love trying to make it fun for the students. While we're on the subject of things I love, I also love basketball, pizza, and my PlayStation.

Jim

Instructor
I studied physics and applied math at UWO, and enjoy helping students understand new topics in math. I like to help people understand topics in math by breaking problems up into smaller parts. I also enjoy cycling, camping, and playing guitar.

Ryan

Hello! My name is Ryan and I am a graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University where I studied Chemical Engineering. During my studies I spent a lot of my time helping my friends study and understand the more difficult math concepts in our classes, as well as tutoring the local neighbourhood children. I love watching sports, movies, and tv shows as well as playing video games, but most of all I love watching/helping people learn!

Our Mathnasium Mission

Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make math make sense, while also making a student smile.
