We moved from the Whitemud location 2 months ago. Asif messaged us after the first session to check in on how our kids were transitioning. We appreciated it immensely. The programming is great because it fills the learning gaps. Our children's math grades have been improving and the extra homework help has been helpful too. I did prefer the online scheduling that Whitemud had better, but the system they are using here seems effective enough.

Before my daughter started at mathnasium she was really struggling with math, asking her a simple math question would result in tears. Since starting mathnasium her grades have gone up in school, she’s received an award for most improved student but what I’ve really noticed is an increase in her confidence. She’s more sure of herself, she is excited to answer a math question, and she will find answers to math equations found in everyday life without any prompting. I’m very happy with how much mathnasium has helped my daughter in such a short time. Thank you mathnasium.

In only one month of joining Mathnasium, my daughter has gained so much confidence in math, which has made her enthusiastic to actually do math. She looks forward to her sessions at Mathnasium, and is always excited to tell me how well she has done and how many stars she has earned! My son has been doing absolutely amazing since starting with Mathnasium!

Excellent help for my two children !! We started Mathnasium during the pandemic when they both fell behind in school. We took a short break this year to see if my son could keep up the high marks he was achieving with Mathnasium’s tutoring on his own, but that break just proved how valuable and helpful the tutoring was. The whole program is designed to help kids gain confidence in Math. My 13 year old has gone from not liking Math at all to appreciating it, all because he understands the concepts being taught him. He has gained so much confidence when it comes to solving math problems and he knows that he can get the one on one help he needs from time to time from Mathnasium.

It’s been a few months since my daughter started the Mathnasium program with Asif and I have to say that it has enhanced her confidence in Math. Her ability to solve mathematical problems and/or to answer mathematical questions has tremendously improved. Her initial goal to be in the advanced Math program in the next school year at her school is not far-fetched.
I definitely recommend Mathnasium Summerside, not only because the program works but because the owner cares about the success of your kid.

My daughter was having a a hard time in grasping the concept of Math, she also had a habit of counting her fingers to do her sums and subtractions and I know that her foundation was not where it's supposed to be. Though I know how math works I am not equipped to teach, I had no idea where to start and what way I could help her. I tried to assist her myself but I just got frustrated with myself mainly and that brought a lot of tears and disappointments to my daughter. So to not cause any further damage to my child's learning I started looking for a place where she could be helped, and I saw Mathnasium while we were driving by Harvest Pointe. Gave a call and I received a quick response from Asif and he made an assessment and I saw from the result how much help my child needed. She loves math but help is required for her to be more confident. Right away after a month of lessons from the ever patient Asif and his team of great instructors my child now can do her math assignment on her own, her tests have better scores and I can see that she is more sure of herself when it comes to math. She still have more lessons to go but I'm really happy with the progress that my daughter has achieved so far.

He has been taking lessons since September and what a change! My 13 year old has been receiving help from Mathnasium since the summer. He re as kit began struggling when the schools shut down in March and remote learning began.
My son is becoming more and more confident with respect to math. Mathnasium helps him study for exams, do you homework, and they even helped him with a project over the weekend with last-minute notice. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mathnasium!!

I strongly recommend Mathnasium to families with kids who struggle with Math. Asif and his team at Mathnasium Summerside has changed my son’s attitude towards the subject! My 13 year old who normally gets frustrated and eventually gives up on Math homework now enjoys it. Mathnasium has given him the confidence to properly solve Math problems and concepts by breaking them down to the level that my son can understand. They are very patient, very easy to work with and they also make learning fun for him! They are very flexible with lesson times, very easy to connect with if you have questions and they really care about your child’s progress! When I go over Math homework with my son, it makes me happy that he’s happy to show me his work, that he’s proud of what he’s done because he knows and understands what he’s working on.

My 13 year old son has struggled in math for the last few years. Seriously struggled. Homework was a fight and his marks were terrible. It did not help having to switch to remote learning the last few months. He absolutely hated math.
I knew something needed to change, and I reached out to Asif at Mathnasium Summerside for some information. We spoke for about 15 minutes about my concerns and had scheduled a math assessment for my son, which took place a few days later.
Asif called a few hours after the assessment (which wax completed remotely, and took approximately 90 minutes. Did I mention it was a free assessment?!?) and let me know where my son was sitting with respect to his level of math. I was shocked that he was functioning at basically a grade 4/5 level. My son didn’t mind the assessment at all.
I enrolled my son for sessions at Mathnasium. He attends twice a week (remotely) and he has been attending for approximately three weeks so far. He enjoys it, which is shocking. He has already “mastered” two concepts which he was seriously struggling with. His confidence had improved. It’s like a different child!
I am confident that Mathnasium has and will continue to change my son’s outlook and results in math. It had been such a positive experience so far!!
