What excites me the most is the opportunity to make a long-lasting and positive impact in the future of this fast-growing community through math education.” Rafael Morales began his career as an engineer. In the late nineties Rafael decided to re-focus his career on his primary passion: Math education. His goal has always been to demystify math and show students how to achieve success in a positive, confidence-building way. With this goal in mind, and equipped with his love for science, technology and the arts, Rafael has been at the vanguard of the STEAM education industry providing expertise and knowledge to several after-school programs and educational institutions. As an industry expert, Rafael learned how innovative Mathnasium has been since its early beginnings in the U.S. and now in Canada. He wholeheartedly believes in the effectiveness of the Mathnasium Method™ and has seen success first-hand through his own daughter’s journey. Rafael’s dream would be to never hear another student say “I’m not good at math”. Through Mathnasium, without a doubt, that dream may come true!
