Mathnasium of Pickering offer its services both online and in-centre. Whichever delivery method satisfies your needs, we will meet those needs wherever you are. We even have students who requires a blended delivery approach. Ultimately the results and successes are the same. We have happy customers.

My daughter lacked confidence in math throughout elementary school. She was good at it, but always questioned herself. I decided to have her start at Mathenasium this year (grade 8), and what a difference. She no longer lacks confidence and is now saying, "this is so easy." Mathenasium has given her the tools for success in math. I definitely recommend them to anyone whose child struggles or wants to gain confidence in their abilities. Thanks so much!

My daughter was always frustrated with math and never enjoyed or understood it in school. She was also falling behind due to school lockdowns. Going to Mathnasium gives her confidence, her marks are improving and she always tells us she enjoys going to Mathnasium and likes all her tutors. She has been working hard at math ever since.

Loving our experience with Mathenasium so far. Horace is absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. The boys really enjoy learning at the Centre and love the rewards they’re able to collect with each mastery check completed. They also seem to be doing better with math overall. Highly recommend :)

My daughter has been attending Mathnasium for a few years and she has completely changed how she views math. She is enthusiastic and reflective of her results. She needed math to apply for Business in University, and lacked confidence. Her tutor and the Director/owner Horace supported her journey with care. They researched the content taught in the class curriculum and provided a platform to allow her to excel. High school math became enjoyable for her. I am so happy we chose Mathnasium. They care about the students and my daughter is a perfect example of how with the right approach and the right people, anything is possible!! Ciara is now an A student!!!! Thank you 🙏🏼

My family's experience at Mathnasium of Pickering have been great. My children enjoy learning at Mathnasium and their math skills have improved considerably. They love that Mathnasium offers incentives such as reward cards, homework help and the one-on-one teaching experiences.The instructor team is knowledgable, friendly and professional. The owner is also knowlegable, accomodating and professional. He always answers the phone and is there to listen and to support his customers.
Mathnasium is a great math learning centre and my family and I recommend it one hundred percent!

The team at Mathnasium are definitely the math experts! My son says they are very attentive & helpful, they work one on one with him & make sure he understands his homework & helps him complete his assignments on time. He has always struggled with math & I'm so glad we found Mathnasium because he would have failed without them, I just wished I started him sooner. The monthly cost was pretty reasonable & affordable compared to other places I inquired about, especially for 3x a week sessions at an hour long each. I plan on him returning there again next school year!

Mathnasium has helped my daughter a lot with her math. She is in gr 6 and she not only caught up with what she was missing, but now she feels more confident and feels that she knows more how to solve certain math problems than her peers in her class. There are times when she will say that the math class is so boring at school because the homework given is so easy.

Mathnasium in Pickering, Kingston Road is a welcoming place where the Administration is polite and quick to respond to any questions and concerns that you may have. They provide an updated evaluation and access to your child's progress on an ongoing basis or when requested.
Furthermore, my son has enjoyed the interaction with his tutor and finds him responsible, professional and knowledgeable.My son's experience here has improved his skill level and his confidence.

I have kids in grade 3 and grade 7 and math was the subject I am least capable of home schooling so during this pandemic I was concerned mainly about teaching my kids math.
Luckily, Mathnasium has a program called mathnasium@home where my kids have access to the instructors just like if they were at the Center. They have individual sessions three times a week and have been able to have help with their homework but also keep them working their personalized learning plans.
Mathnasium@home has given us piece of mind and helped us ensure our mental health is stable during this crazy time.

Sky and Hector are wonderful people. They go beyond expectations in trying to help the kids to learn. Mathnasium is the only place in town where kids can actually get help on the math they are actually learning at the time in school. Other places only stick to their strict schedule of curriculum, and will not help the kids to study for a test that they have in the coming week. Thank you!

I am very happy to have chosen Mathnasium as the math tutoring help provider for my children. My children math skills have improved drastically as well as their confidence and grades. They are excited to be learning at Mathnasium because the tutors are accessible and knowledgeable. I am so excited that during the Covid19 pandemic Mathnasium is providing online tutoring services and we are taking advantage of this opportunity, and it is turning out to be as effective as being in the classroom. My two children love to come to Mathnasium of Pickering. I have noticed their understanding of Math concepts have improved as well as their confidence. They always looks forward to go in because it is such a fun learning environment.
The instructors have knowledge of math and they support and encourage my sons to bring their homework.
Mr. Horace the owner, is very professional and truly cares about the students learning.

Having tried various tutoring options for my 9 year old daughter, this has been the ONLY program that has had significant impact and the ONLY one she does not complain about. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and she has gotten so much better at math - her confidence has grown and its reflected in her grades. Even my 4 year old loves coming. They truly make learning math fun! Now if only there was a “Readnasium!”

The best experience from a customer service point of view as well as a mother of a 10 yr old homeschooled child, who 'hated' math. After just 3 months of Mathnasium my daughter was able to approach math with a lot of confidence. Their method is unique that makes math fun for the child. Mathnasium has given my son the confidence he needs to focus on his math. He has improved drastically not only in math; but, also his other subjects as well. We really feel we are part of the Mathnasium family. My son feels he's in a club which is important during preteen years, giving him the sense of belonging with his peers. Mathnasium has helped him focus also on completing his homework and I saw a difference in his marks right away. I would recommend Mathnasium to any parent that wants to see their child thrive and give their child something to focus on other than negative teenage distractions.

I brought my son to another tutoring centre and they didn’t help him, so I decided to move him to Mathnasium and it was the best decision; I wish I had done the switch sooner. The tutors take the time to explain the material so that he understands what is being taught. They break it down step by step. He loves the centre and he doesn’t want to leave at the end of his session. I recommend Mathnasium 100%!

My daughter was failing math and she was feeling very discouraged. After a few sessions with the Mathnasium tutors she was very happy that she was finally understanding the grade 10 material. As a homeschooler I feel confident that Mathnasium is filling any gaps my daughter might have in her learning. Their learning plan is very detailed and comprehensive catering to my daughters specific needs. I see my daughters confidence improve a great deal when it comes to solving math problems.
I am hoping for her to complete her learning plan and start the enrichment plan.

My son is in grade 9 and math has been a challenge this year. Mathnasium tutors have helped build his confidence and explain what the teachers don't have time to teach. As a result his test scores are higher. He practices at home and on a few occasions he keeps studying his math work instead of playing fortnight! Thanks Mathnasium!
