So far it’s only been a month for us there, but absolutely zero complaints from my 13 yo son who is the one attending. He’s already learned new strategies that are helping him in school and he’s motivated to keep going. The sessions are rewarding and everyone working there helps with a positive attitude.

This program is perfect for my daughter. Scheduling is flexible, we can usually fit sessions around our busy schedule. She can work at a pace that is comfortable for her. She loves the rewards program. I like that I get monthy progress reports. Her math skills are improving and her confidence is growing.

Our daughter is super excited to go! She doesn't want to leave either. The progress reports show us how engaged she is and she loves coming home with prizes!
Math is finally making sense to her. We are not arguing about homework anymore because she wants to do it.

100% worth it and wish I would have known about them sooner! It is a level of care and focus utilizing a proven system that truly teaches the student Math skills that is by far better than any classroom setting has ever done for my son. They are Masters at Math and the teaching of it. I have told my kids, Always, that there are 2 subjects in school that matter most and Math is one of them. If I would have found these guys 2 years earlier I could have saved my son a lot of pain in school. It is worth every dollar spent, I just recommend maximizing the time and starting asap!

Our son benefitted greatly from expert help at Mathnasium. He needed math help and the specific type of instruction, support, and coaching from people who work in that area. Our son worked online at home. The tools were more than adequate to allow him to complete the operations in the exercises.
What makes Mathnasium of North Regina exceptional are the people who make up the team, and especially the director, Ash. Ash gets it. He gets kids. Ash came to Mathnasium with a broad background in business, innovation, and working with youths and families. if there is a problem to be solved he's there in the mix trying to get it figured out. He understands what makes math learning difficult in schools, he understands that parents are trusting him to help their kids, and he throws himself headlong into assuring a meaningful and productive experience everyone.

So far the program at Mathnasium has been great for my kid! The staff is very friendly and welcoming of LGBTQ+ youth. The location is clean and there is always parking available. The website is accessible and handy. We especially appreciated the little goodies put out for the kids to take when they leave. The free treat helps to create that wonderful dopamine effect that boosts my kid's positive response to math and attending Mathnasium. I also appreciate the staff that assist with the text support tool, it's been a great relief to have when arranging our schedule. 10/10 I would recommend it!

I had read some of the testimonials from other families – noting the reports that their child was excited to attend and had found a new love for math. To say I was sceptical that this would be the case for my child would be an understatement. However, I could not have been more wrong – He counts the days until his next session, loves to learn math concepts, and has improved his marks in class in a short time period! Thank-you!!!!

The staff at the north Regina location are fantastic! They are the reason the atmosphere here is fun and welcoming. All three of our girls attend Mathnasium and they all appreciate the assistance and wisdom of the staff. They all used to dread math homework. But because of the positive experience they’ve all had at Mathnasium, they are much more comfortable and confident in completing math problems. This, I believe, is the start of a healthy relationship with math. With this as their foundation, their math skills will continue to grow.

My daughter used to be super nauseous before tests and in tears at the table doing homework. Thanks to Mathnasium that is all gone. We still have a way to go before she is totally caught up but the support and reduction in stress have been completely worth it! We are so excited to see her keep growing.

Mathnasium is an investment in overall education for my kids. The skills and confidence built at mathnasium impacts their abilities in other school work. The kids enjoy going, it is not a fight to get them there and they leave feeling good about themselves. Frequent updates and progress reports complete the individualized process. Walker was getting 80% plus his first month and a half of grade 8 math at Martin Academy. When he started tutoring almost a year ago we were told he was at a grade 4/5 level in math. We don’t know what he is doing right now because he has transferred to Greenall collegiate where unfortunately marks are not given - just ME. Walker is very upset about this because he dead so proud of his math marks

Genuine care for the kids and their strategic way of teaching is hugely impactful! Having multiple educators available not only does it give kids more opportunity for ongoing assistance but it also gives opportunity for different perspective on explaining a problem. This is unlike our typical classroom experience with only One educator and possibly one assistant per nearly 32 student ratio. Very comfortable setting for kids to ask for help. Highly recommend starting with Mathnasium as early as possible and I believe Every kid can benefit.

Hannah struggled with math through covid, online learning did help the situation. She left the school year feeling frustrated and that it was her fault or something was wrong with her that she was unable to grasp concepts. Starting with the basics and building mastery in early concepts has diminished her negative thoughts towards math and she wants to go to her mathnasium appointments. It’s a process, and we will get her there. As a mom not fighting to get her to take an interest in her own education is gold. Now to find a similar for writing.

We have been very happy with Mathnasium. The instructors engage with my child and are able to show him different ways to get the answer. There is lot of communication from Jonathan, the manager of the North Shop. He is great at communicating and letting me know how my child is doing. He is easy to deal with. My child has improved greatly since starting with Mathnasium in December. His confidence has really increased. I would recommend Mathnasium to everyone who has a child who needs a little help or even a lot of help.

Having Mathnasium has made my daughter feel less alone in her math struggles. With the change in her attitude and growth in her confidence, the stress once associated with math for her has all bit disappeared; she understands now that it’s okay to take her time to learn new concepts, it doesn’t measure her intellect. She enjoys the teaching staff very much, everyone is warm and patient. Seeing her smile during math is amazing.

This program has absolutely changed my daughter's life. Her friend who used to help her is now receiving help from my child, using the same Socratic Questioning techniques we hear her instructors using. It was hilarious and very moving, all the same time.
We have seen increased confidence at school and they haven't even gotten to those subjects yet. She got her first report card since starting with Mathnasium and she got an ME instead of a PR for the first time ever. This is a life changing program!

My son loves Math even more after attending Mathnasium. Mathnasium curriculum is really good and excellent for children to master Math concepts. Everyone at Mathnasium (like Owner, Centre director & all instructors) are very helpful and friendly, they’re really knowledgeable and capable.

In just over two months we have already seen amazing things with our daughter. She used to say she hated math but after a few short weeks we found a drawing of herself with the caption that read "I LOVE MATH"! She has steadily shown improvement and gained confidence in herself. Last week at bedtime, we caught her doing some voluntary math given by her teacher. Never did we think we'd have to make our girl stop doing math to go to bed! The staff keep her engaged with their encouragement and support, making their interactions personal and fun.
