We have had the best experience with Mathenasium Islington. Sapir is an absolute gem and is always so accommodating. We have seen our children hating math to loving it now. They look forward to their classes every week. We highly reccomend Mathenasium to anyone who is struggling with math or even who loves math and want to work ahead!!!!

We have tried different tutoring options, but this works best for our kids. I love the framework, teaching style, no homework and frequent sessions. Previously math homework used to be a battle, our explanations would differ from school's and kids were always in catch up mode. Now both kids get the best marks in the class, it helps with confidence and reduces test & homework stress. I would strongly recommend Mathnasium services.

Mathnasium is a wonderful environment for student to learn and grown in Mathematics. Regardless of level students are supported n a welcoming and friendly setting to challenge themselves and see the results of their efforts. The staff and class leaders are caring, patient, and recognize each students gaps.
Our kids enjoy every class and we see their confidence increase with every session.

The team at Mathnasium Islington Village is fantastic. They are patient and kind when helping my son through difficult questions. They make learning fun! Mathnasium has been the one constant helping us navigate the lack of math skills our son has, sadly, coming from the public school system. He has been working really hard to catch up for 7 months now after the online learning madness during COVID and we have no doubts that this is a much needed investment for us to support him as he prepares to go to high school. The best thing about Mathnasium is that our son doesn’t dread his math classes, he actually loves them and he has a lot of fun! He has never said once ‘I don’t want to go, mom,’ on the contrary, he actually enjoys their lessons and reward system!

I have noticed an improvement in my daughter's mental math abilities, arithmetic and complex concepts like time and money. Most importantly, I've noticed an improvement in her confidence and attitude towards math! I've even heard her say "I'm good at math" and that is huge, considering how she felt before she started with Mathnasium. She worked at it consistently and is seeing results.

I have just received a math test for my son (Gr. 8) from school and I was impressed how well organized and all steps of the problems were done. I have tried for so long to explain to my son (unsuccessfully) how to present the solution of the math problems, not just do it in the head! And now after seven month with Mathnasium I can see he can do it properly. I'm very happy how Mathnasium was able to teach how to solve math problems in a logical manner and present clearly the results.

We are very happy with our experience at Mathnasium of Islington Village. Since our son has been going to Mathnasium, his math performance in school has elevated in times! From a D and C student, he became an A student. Wonderful! Also, he always is very enthusiastic and happy to attend each of his lessons, never complaining that he doesn’t want to go (that is very unusual for him). Thanks to the whole team!
