At Mathnasium, we help kids understand math by teaching the way that makes sense to them. Children who consistently

Mathnasium of Airdrie is proud of all her students that participated in the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing of the University of Waterloo for their excellent performance.
This is an internationally recognized competition with the goal of inspiring the next generation of students to develop an interest in and love for science, technology, engineering, mathematics and computer science.

My son had experienced the slide in grades over the past couple of years as did many other students who were being bounced back and forth from in school to online. We decided to enroll him to help fill in the gaps and give him the boost and confidence he needed in the higher grades. Well after the fist term report cards he is averaging 90 percent and has come home on more than one occasion expressing his confidence in getting a good mark on pop quizzes and unit studies. He's feeling less frustrated and more confident and as a parent I couldn't be more proud of his accomplishments and grateful for the tutoring he's had while attending the Mathnasium program

We had our daughter in Kumon for several years. She absolutely hated it and it was a fight every time to get her to do the booklets.
With Mathnasium, she gets one on one help, feels they are teaching her, and she likes the atmosphere.
We have had no issue getting her to go and her work is done there, where she gets taught the material, not just told to do a worksheet.
This is a terrific avenue for kids struggling with confidence in math!

My son has been attending Mathnasium since July, and we’ve noticed a significant difference in his understanding of math concepts. His grades have improved in school and he seems to have a better grasp on assignments. He enjoys going every week, and the tutors are very helpful and supportive towards him. The owners are wonderful, kind, and informative as well.

The staff have been terrific, my daughter was only passingly interested in Math, but is now excelling and the highlight of the year was seeing her sit down and start working on Math problems without being told to do so by anyone. Mathnasium Airdrie has been worth every penny and more. Highly recommend them.

We greatly appreciate Mathnasium! Both my children benefited from math tutoring at Mathnasium. They were already doing well in high school math, but wanted extra support because they needed to have marks above 90% to gain entrance to the University program they choose. They accomplished their goal because of the incredible instruction and support they received at Mathnasium. My eldest child ended with 96% in Math 31 and was accepted into Engineering at a highly competitive University. Our only regret is that we did not find Mathnasium sooner.

Mathnasium has been amazing for our daughter. She has been going there for her High School math for the last 4 years. My daughter has been going to Mathnasium for 3 years in High School. It’s one subject that she has difficulty with. She has gained much more confidence by going there. We don’t jive together as mother & daughter when it comes to math but the instructors at Mathnasium have the magic way of making it ‘click’ for her.
I would 100% recommend Mathnasium!

My son when asked how he thinks the additional lessons at Mathnasium is going? He replies and says I love it, its going great because now I can do mental maths (i.e in my head)
Now my Maths at regular school feels not so bad because I am able to solve them!
I am really impressed by the knowledge he has obtained within a short time of starting with Mathnasium

Mathnasium offers the flexibility of online or in person learning. Hours are also convenient. The ongoing assessment provides information for my children’s progress and so we can address with the Director areas of strength and weakness. Consequently develop a learning plan that is in alignment with my child’s needs.

When I enrolled my son he was struggling with his assignments. When he was assessed his result was poor. The teachers put in place a plan to help him start from the basics to relearn the concepts he had skipped through or not covered. I saw him regain his confidence and his grades went up. I recommend Mathnasium to other parents not for kids who are falling behind but as a foundation for Math beginners. They do an exceptional job with kids of all ages

My son was really really struggling with Math. He could do most other things but even basic adding and subtracting was proving rather difficult for him. To say that he was starting to loose his confidence would be an understatement. Mathnasium is changing all of that for him. He is slowly beginning to regain his confidence and is finally beginning to make satisfactory grade in Math. So far he is 12 weeks into his program and he loves it. He also loves his teachers and the environment is great.

We sent Saheed over to Mathnasium of Airdrie at the point where we just didn't know what to do to help him with his maths. It was the lowest point for us as parents with strong mathematics background. We are happy to say that Saheed is enjoying maths more now and we have seen him make great progress, we would definitely recommend Mathnasium of Airdrie to friends and family in similar situations.

Our daughter has struggled for years ( grade two to grade six due to moving provinces and being aware of differences in provincial curriculum) . We have tried a tutor, which helped in the moment but only was a band aid to the problem. School teachers are maxed out and one on one help was not a reasonable expectation. So we enrolled in Mathnasium. From day one our daughter loved it. She has begun to enjoy math and build self confidence regarding math. Within a month her test scores went from 40% to 80% and her attitude is amazing. Mathnasium teachers are so positive and helpful, my child is actually loving going to math!!

We have seen a very positive improvement in the short time that our son has attended. I would like to see that there is better communication between the tutor/facilitator so that we can review how he is doing and what he is accomplishing. Even some quick notes from those working with him once every few weeks where we could login and read about him and his progress/challenges online.

My daughter has been enjoying going to Mathnasium. I believe she is progressing in her math skills very well. I've noticed she's also become much more confident in doing math. She's not as stressed about it as she used to be and will sometimes even test her family members with some math questions for fun.

Parents usually provide tutor or extra help to kids if they are weak in a certain subject but I had a need to do this because my son can take so much more and school cannot feed his brain according to his capacity. Mathnasium is the best choice I made for him as it allows him to grow by following board of education curriculum which is a must for me. I also registered my daughter to Mathnasium for her high school Math preparation and amazing instructors making sure that students are if not ahead than for sure according to their grade level. Sometimes it seems a lot of money but if we really calculate private tuition fee and the days and hours flexibility Mathnasium providing, you will find Mathnasium way better.

My kids 12 years old and 7 years old has improved in their maths solving skills. It amazes me how my 7 years old solve maths problem. And his grade 2 class teacher is always impressed. My grade 7 daughter is among the top in her class too. I wish to say thank you to all the teachers- there are very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

My son loves going to Mathnasium and that means the world to our family.
He has struggled with Math and understanding mathematical concepts and Mathnasium has helped him enjoy the subject.
